perhaps you would do well to take one more step down on the main page of CN forums and click on the Binoviewer Forum.
There are numerous brands of binoviewers available, and an unlimited choice of eyepieces. Pick any scope you'd like and fit it with an erect image diagonal and you're all set. You could do this for two eyepieces $100 + BVer $200 + diagonal $75 + scope $300-$500.
If you'd like to step up in quality, two Tak LE eyepieces $260 + BVer $400 + diagonal $150 + scope $1000, and you'd have a setup of the some of the finest optics available on the market today.
