In my opinion, the Cube, as nice as it is for SMALL scopes, would be challenged by your OTA. Instead, I would recommned that you consider the Mini Tower, instead. I've owned and used the GPS version of the Cube and it just won't handle anything over 5 pounds with any reliability, regardless of what iOptron states. The Mini is what the Cube SHOULD have been and I'm waiting quite impatiently for mine to arrive.
