Thanks! I was thinking to get some Sensia for the trip (and croatian Efke for b&w ), but Velvia is a great idea to capture the vivid colors of the totality!

Txstars - I have a bag for films so the x-rays won't harm them (of course, they have to be hand checked). Actually I got it locally, sceond hand from a guy that said he forgot the bag on his trip and all the films survived fine. Still, I would not like to risk damaging my films!
