I would assume it would recognize any language if you got the language installed. It matches keywords that are similar, as well as the tracking info in the header, and title/sender info... As you flag more and more as "Spam", it compares each similar to the last, and learns from that... If you "Spam" ALL other languages other than English, I would assume that it would automagically flag all other languages as spam.
