I had the same issue with my laptop and could find no program. One guy in my club suggested calling around to art supply stores in search of Ruby or Amber Lith. It's a plastic film that you buy by the sheet for a couple bucks. I got one of each and cut them to fit my laptop screen. In my opinion, the Ruby Lith was too dark so I use the Amber Lith instead but either will work. Just a suggestion in case you don't find the software to do it.
