I've customized and expanded TUBA's database to include the types of objects I observe and can see in my own binos under dark skies. That's one of this little program's strong points. It's easy to do... just modify the text file and run the included executable to automatically convert the file to the format used by TUBA.
You could make any number of "custom" databases, for, e.g., different aperture binos, urban/suburban/countryside conditions, object types, etc., etc. Just place them in a sub-folder, each named appropriately for easy identification, and copy/re-name the database you wish to use and place it in the main folder where the main program resides.
