The only big job remaining is laying the oak flooring that I had left over from my house renovation. I will probably put carpet on top of that - it won't be long before I drop an eye-piece. After that there will be numerous small jobs, but I can start using the observatory at the same time as finishing the odd jobs off. The advice about rodents is well taken. In the spring I got a few house mice indoors and it took me weeks to trap and poison them. I was not to bothered but my wife went ballistic when ever she saw one running around the bedroom.
