The Meteor Crater folks (not too far from your Phoenix home?) are said to have among their displays a Create-a-Crater game related to impacts on Earth. It may well be the same as the web-based version, although I don't have the software necessary to run that.
For lunar craters, however, a better (and simpler) place to start would probably be the page created by planetary impact expert Jay Melosh. The second link there should let you view his best guesses as to the size and type of impactors required to produce specific craters of the Moon.
