Hi John,
You won't find a service manual. You might find some pictures, although I don't know where. I apologize for not taking pictures when I had my IM715 apart. You're on your own when you take it apart, so be prepared to do some serious collimation. It's not for the faint of heart.
I will suggest you buy focuser and attach it to the rear of the Mak. Feathertouch and Moonlight sell the excellent focusers and William Optics sell a very good focuser at a much lower price. The attachment shows my 715 with the Feathertouch focuser
