It's a smaller version of NGC-4565 in Coma Berenices and it's also close to M-5. A dust lane can readily be seen along with a bright nucleus. I've also observed the NGC-5850, NGC-5846 and 5846A, NGC-5854 and NGC-5839 group with little difficulty with my 10-inch. A most impressive group of galaxies indeed.
