I have viewed through the Pentax PCF WP 16x60 and, frankly, I find the 2.8* and 45* FOVs very restrictive and uncomfortable--tunnel vision. I have no experience with the Orion Mini, but I note that the FOVs are larger. I also think the discontinued Pentax come with the older limited warranty, while the Mini has a 5 year warranty and is made in Japan.
