Can you update Sensor Cal without doing RESET?

My MEADE ETX case must be still moving things around and I am checking the LNT finder red dot finder offset. Not much but probably a degree or two. If I re-zero the red dot. Doesn't that throw the Level & North off again as well?

With a week of Clear Nights with this Scope. I should otherwise have this down pat and ready to host some local star parties.
