Yeah I saw that to a few weeks ago but I received this email from SkyProdServices just today:

We are sorry, but we just learned that the archive service will NOT be restored. If you would like a refund for the balance of your subscription, please let us know.

I hope it was misinformation or perhaps they will find a solution in the future.
