If you decide to go that high in price for your small hand held then I would also suggest Zen Ray Summit 10x42 roof prism 5.8° sale price $179 or Bushnell Legend 8x42 roof prism 6.5° $249 both quite compact, reasonably narrow IPD, and decently sharp, with the ZRS the better sharp fov of the two.
hmm.... where did you find the 10x42 Zen Ray Summit for $179?????
