There's actually a good bit more there than you are showing. You've clipped the black point, but just pulled the mid range up a bit and there quite a few stars hanging out in there. Also, next time you're out make sure you take 30 or 40 subs and then you can do a sigma clip stack in DSS which should help with the noise some.
