Pat,
I thought you were going to get the Oberwerk 25 x 100s. Que paso?

I can understand people liking the 16 x 70 Fuji's but I had a pair and couldn't accept the flare on bright objects (plus they were out of collimation and I just didn't want to mess with that process).

Seems like you have a number of choices but here's two for consideration: a pair of 20 x 80s or just get it over with and go for the 25 x 100s. Wait, there's another choice. I think there is a pair of 20 x 90 or 25 x 90 Russian binos that looked interesting. Oh yes, and definitely get that Unimount or forget about any viewing overhead for longer than 2 seconds.
