Ron, what a super idea about the zoos. Under that Stetson lies a great mind (at least on that particular occasion  ).
Maybe the idea of what to do with astro equipment that is gathering dust may spur some people to pass it on to worthy users.
Ed, thanks for starting the thread that lead to all this. Who knows, this may result in some youngster getting an opportunity to use a piece of equipment that would otherwise never have happened.
Ed, I was also planning to get up at 2am tomorrow morning and point the Taks at the stars, but guess what. Weather forecast is for rain. Darn, I was looking forward to getting up at 2 am and seeing some old friends up there. Maybe Saturday.
