Camera: Sony DCR-TRV30 DV Camcorder Telescope: Orion ED80 Filter: Orion glass "White Light" full-apeture solar filter Coupling: Afocal using Digi-T adapter through an Orion Sirius 25mm Plossl eyepiece and an Orion "Shorty" 2x barlow Image details: This image is a stack (using RegiStax3) of a one minute DV video (@30fps). All 1800 frames were within 95% of the reference frame after registration, so all 1800 were included in this stack - very unusual! After wavelet adjustment in RegiStax, the image was brought into PhotoShop for Levels adjustment, captioning, and sizing for the web.
