So the question I have to ask is...
...does this slightly off-centre collimation issue in the William Optics ED 7x50 mean they are no good as an astro and general purpose binocular, or is the effect not apparent or negigible in practical field use?
Bearing in mind the cost and the clear advantages of the ED glass they seem otherwise ideal for a lot of stuff!
