Agreed. No one was more suprised than me.
And again, as with way too many binos, it is unfortunate about the eye relief apathy. If they only realized how many potential buyers they were losing due to this shortcoming.

As with ER and other questionable specs, there does seem to be just as much 'hedging' -with few reputable exceptions- concerning AR coatings.
I'm not one to look a gift objective in the mouth, but have no problem conceding that every bino's surface may not be coated as advertised. It wouldn't even suprise me if different 'batches' of the same model had coating variations.
FWIW, I also see that Anttler adds the 'broadband' hook to their coating descriptions.
But I guess the entire subject deserves its own thread.
Save me a seat if anyone cares to start a 'Truth in Bino Advertising' bandwagon.
