the current wait time for a Lunt LS35 is about 4 months last I checked. A Coronado PST seems to be about the same unless a company has them in stock. Orion Telescopes actually has PSTs in stock currently, at least thats what the web site says.
The PST or Lunt 35 are two amazing telescopes and are made to allow people to experience the world of H-Alpha viewing. Many people are very content with a PST while others such as Stephen have been bitten by the solar bug and go for the best of the best (Coronado 90 or Lunt 100).
If I had a choice right now between a PST and a Lunt and there was no wait I would go with the Lunt. I dont feel comportable buying Meade equipment, the guys at Lunt really know what they are doing when it comes to this type of equipment, after all they did use to be Coronado.
