No tube, no optics, if it's not plywood it's not included. You supply the tube, optics, etc... Not pretty, but functional. It's been in storage for 20 years but it shouldn't take too much to get it into working order. Worked for my red tube from about 1987 which was just shy of 16" in diameter. Not sure about other years. The box that holds the tube has inside dimensions of 16" square. Tube can be rotated for a more comfortable viewing position. It's big but the parts are light and easy to carry with the exception of the tube. If you have a bad back you'll never get the tube into the mount. You could probably transport it in a minivan disassembled. The horseshoe is 48" in diameter. The mount is free to a good home. I will ship anywhere in conus for $10,000. Pick up highly recommended! If you have a 13.1 coulter and you think you might use this you're welcome to it. If I forget to tell you this when you pick it up, always store the disc on a flat surface to keep it from warping.
