JMI serviced this telescope in May of 2017 so everything is working correctly and perfectly, including the NGC (Next Generation Computer)-MAX locater. Always stored in travel case when not in use. There is hardly any eye strain since you are looking through binocular eyepieces not a single eyepiece. This allows your eyes to relax making it easy to look through the lenses for long periods.

The NGC-MAX includes R.A./Dec. display, timer, polar alignment help, Identify mode, RS-232 computer interface and a 12,046-object database which includes all 110 Messier objects in the Messier catalog and all NGC objects in an NGC catalog. The IC catalog consists of all IC objects which are not galaxies, galaxies which have a magnitude specified and all remaining galaxies which have a size of 1.9 arc-minutes or more.
Optional eyepieces: these are amazing I highly recommend them.
I have two Baader 1.25" & 2" 8-24mm Hyperion Universal Mark IV Zoom Eyepiece # HYP-ZOOM 2454826, retail value $578, will include for an additional $375.

The telescope is in perfect condition.

JMI said to use only FedEx ground or air, they had the best results (no damage) with them, UPS has big drops between conveyor belts. FedEx is the only way JMI ships their telescopes.
You could get and exact estimate, from Salt Lake City, Utah to your residence.
Dimensions: 41" x 31" x 16", weight approx 83 lbs.
The mount would be shipped in a different box, and I would cover that.
Or if you know somebody who is traveling to Salt Lake City, Utah area and traveling back to your area, I could meet them and deliver that way.
