Celestron 9.25 Starbright XLT. Excellent Optics. Never been opened or cleaned except for a light blow bulb and camel hair brush dusting of the fron corrector. As you can see theirs some dust/lint that I’ll let the next owner address. This was one of the last hand made scopes by Celestron Pacific. I purchased it new I in 2003 or 2004 and retained the orginal packaging. It was used in my observatory (former residence) and on a permanent pier. It hasn’t traveled but twice.

Meade LXD75 tripod and mount that works fine for visual and has never been apart or “hyoertuned”.

Two Mease autostar ( excuse me if that’s not the proper name) controllers.

Meade LXD55 (head only) that’s been tweeted and tuned many atime. As I remember it tracked Ok. I was in the process of trying to program the belt drive rario that I’d installed but never was able to complete that task largely due to my health going south. The motor covers are cracked and repaired with gaffers tape which has dried out. Gorilla tape or new covers would be in order.

Another broken LXD55 mount and parts. Again no tripod . Controller.

Assorted eyepieces,p, two 2inch diagonals, finders, hard dew shield for the c9.25, dew controller and heat strap, a few filters, bino mount, misc hardware and adapters. And more.

Not pictured as yet but I’ll add in with an offer close to my asking price are a very nice hardwood cats perch ( I believe it was called) observing chair. Also a Celestron (first gen nexstar) ST80 with weak optics. I believe the front lens is pinched a bit tight. But never found a spanner to loosen it. It’s on a dove tail with rings now but comes either the wobbly nexstar mount, controller and tripod, also several reasonable quality 11/4” eyepieces. These last items are in separate storage I’ll try to get them out and add pics when some of this snow goes away.

The reason for selling has to do with ocular migraines and nausea related to hyperthyroidism. In other words I’ve held on to them hoping things would improve. But, I still can’t even align a finder scope without experiencing a bout of motion sickness accompanied by temporary blindness in by left eye. I’m getting kind of old (about to complete my 68th solar orbit) and need funds elsewhere ASAP..

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. As you would have to see what you were getting in order to make a reasonable offer. And there’s much to much for me to deal with shipping at this point.

Please Contact me for more or clearer pics if desired
