This is a little lovely from my large, vintage Celestron (and Meade) collection; a 1978 6-filter set.

These are all 1.25" in size and come in their individual, Japan-labeled plexiglass disc cases. The make on these are Carton Optical, which was, along with Towa, a major supplier of filter and eyepiece optics at the end of the '70s.

The colors are: green, orange, light green, blue, dark blue, and lunar

To those unfamiliar with the vintage years, these are set in machined aluminum housings with brass fittings. They are quite heavy for what they are. The filters are real tinted glass, not laminate film. So color throughout the plane is even and they are far hardier against age and cleaning. They cannot peel.

Conditions: green = very excellent body excellent glass with very minor micro pits
orange = mint body very excellent glass
dark blue = very excellent body great glass with some pitting and hairline flaws on outer rim
lunar = very excellent body very excellent glass
light green = very excellent body excellent glass
blue = very excellent body great+ glass with some pitting and (2) water spots that are small

All are tested to work with excellent views in my refractors, C5s and C8s. All cases twist-close firmly

Includes shipping if in the US and by check. Paypal and/or other nations will be more.
