Price lowered $1000. Last chance to buy this beauty before I pick it up myself!

This is a brand new telescope that was ordered over two years ago. If you are interested in an outstanding telescope (the replacement cost of the Zambuto quartz mirror is over $5000 alone!), here is an opportunity to save yourself a considerable wait, and you can purchase it at $1800 under my cost (invoices for mirror and telescope are available). I ordered this scope because I wanted a light-weight, easily transportable scope, but I begin to have misgivings that at my age, even a scope this size would be too much for me to handle alone. If I can't sell the telescope at this price, however, I'm going to take delivery myself and give the hobby another try!

The telescope is completed and available for immediate delivery from the New Moon factory. Ryan Goodson, owner of New Moon Telescopes, has star tested the scope and assured me that it is tracking as it should and that the optics are superb. New Moon Telescopes' website can provide you with many more details about Ryan's Hybrid design and overall construction techniques. Additional photos can be downloaded here:
