Ok, let's try this again. I have adjusted prices on a scope and mount I really don't want to sell, but need to sell. If it does not sell this time I will withdraw it from consideration and offer other items for sale.

I am offering my 2005 Takahashi TOA 130 S (Serial Number S 05060) with the red/orange cell labeling. It has less than 4 hours of star light thru it's objective.

TOA 130 tube assembly with focuser adapters and tube balance ring...……………………………,.$4100.00
Camera Angle adjuster...……………………………………………………………………….………...…$175.00
Tak 7x50 finder and bracket with quick release...……………………..……………………….…………$250.00
TOA 130 Tube Cradle/Clamshell...…………………………………...……………………..……..………$270.00
ScopeGuard case (oversize as it is for the TOA 150, but good for the TOA 130 as you can
use with tube cw ring plus finder & bracket...………………………………………………………..........$275.00
Takahashi 1.6x extender for the TOA (never used)………………………………………………….…...$300.00
FeatherTouch 2 speed upgrade for standard focuser…………………………………………….………$230.00

Everything adds to $5600.00, but if all is bought as a package – I will sell for ……………………...$5250.00

The Tak NJP mount is no longer made, the one pictured is a late model (Serial # 06001, first one made in 2006) It is a Temma 2 version and it has 3 counterweights). I really do not want to sell it at all but I will if someone wants it along with the scope. When new the NJP mount sold for close to $7000.00. I will sell mine with tripod, polar scope and all documentation for a total of $9000.00 with the scope (an additional $3750.00 for the mount and tripod).

Tube assembly has to go first before individual components can be sold.
I priced shipping thru FedEx of the tube assembly in the ScopeGuard case and then packaged by FedEx around the ScopeGuard case and that was about $180.00 to Arizona, may be slightly more or less for other US destinations. (US sale only)

I have had this telescope since the spring of 2016. The original owner was a telescope collector. The TOA and the NJP mount (pictured) were purchased new and they sat unused for 10 years.. He never set it up and looked thru it. I have a large collection myself and I need more room in my office. As the TOA essentially duplicates the capabilities of another one of my scopes I have decided to offer it for sale as I have only had time to use it twice in the two years that I have had it and it has about 4 hours of star light thru it's objective. It is well collimated and is truly world class, not to mention being essentially new.

I know shipping will be fairly expensive, but I am up for a road trip given the value of this scope and concerns I have over shipping it. If within about 500 miles of New Orleans, I am willing to drive. If you are further away and can drive to within about 500 miles of New Orleans, we can meet half way.

I do not do PayPal. I can do a certified check or even a check, allowing time for it to clear. I can also do an account to account transfer via Zelle. My sales record/rating speaks for itself.

Thanks for looking!
