Parting out a Meade 390 OTA, lens group glass is compromised by front element coating decay. I don't like parting out complete scopes but I also don't like selling selling them when they aren't quite right. Mount/tripod is offered in a separate listing ("Meade 390 Alt Az Mount/Tripod (Vixen Custom Clone").

SOLD Front cell with both glass elements, dew shield and tattered front cap (not shown), looks OK to the naked eye and produced a good average achromat view on M42/Orion but there is obvious missing coating in the central area of the front element, likely from 'cleaning' by a previous owner: $35 shipped.

SOLD Main tube, nothing attached except the label, this one shows some yellowing and a few nicks, nothing major, maybe better than the one you have or good for a project. 28-7/8" long, focuser end has three holes for screws, front end is threaded, 90mm OD, 86,4mm ID: $35 shipped.

1.25" rack and pinion focuser assembly with tube mounting screws and finderscope bracket screws as shown, smooth action and ready to use - 35$ shipped

SOLD 6x30 finderscope with bracket and front cap, nice as these go, clear glass, thick crosshairs so you can actually see them at night, metal tube, cell and dew shield, plastic eyepiece. $25 shipped. SOLD

All shipping references are CONUS.

PayPal ("Goods or Services" only) preferred but not required, no fee.
