Meade #64 T- Adapter for ETX telescopes Found!

Hello- I am searching for a Meade T-Adapter to connect my Sony A350 dslr to my Meade ETX. If someone has this adapter they are willing to sell please let me know. I cannot find this in stock anywhere online and I am not sure if another brand will work.

I will also need a Sony A model T mount, but that is in stock at several locations. This will be my first attempt to make this connection, can anyone tell me if I’m missing anything between the camera and the telescope?
