Jupiter 30/7/20, best multi vs best single-scale AP

This image shows my efforts from before this investigation (AP size 48, single scale, 3000 frames) and the best from afterwards (AP size 64, multi-scale, 5000 frames) post-processed in Photoshop with the same method (levels adjustment black/whitepoints 20/230, saturation +20%, sharpening 100%/2 pixels, noise reduction, edge healing and brightening, scaled to 1.5x captured size), showing that there is not a huge difference in the brighter parts of the image, but the north and south polar regions show more detail in the newer version. I needed to use the 5000 frame version of the multistacked image to reduce the noise level after the 2nd sharpening in PS.
