This is Arash's data again, but I tried to get rid of the CA by splitting the channels, aligning with distortion correction and then running the RGB image through the Repaired HSV separation script. I did an arcsinh stretch with a stretch factor of 1000. You can still see some CA, but I think it looks better than it initially did.
