I went hunting for the comet but ended up pointing at Orion. About thirty 20sec frames stacked in DSS, noise reduced with Neat Image, finished in Photoshop.
Not a bad result for an unfiltered unmodded DSLR on an alt/az mount with a 6" SCT and focal reducer in the suburbs.
