I added 18” concrete pedestal to maximize horizon views on my 42” bisque pier. I have sloping shed roof on the ROR and flipped my park position to have OTA on west pointing north at minimal height (CW up on east side). Measured twice before pouring concrete and also remembered to check if my PW14 will still fit in observatory if I pull it out of my astro man-cave. May eventually budget for PierTech PT3 adjustable height pier.
