Yesterday evening I imaged, platesolved and stacked for the very first time!! yeahhh !
I took ten 8sec exposures at ISO800 with my smartphone coupled to the eyepiece of my ETX80

I platesolved them at astrometry.net and stacked 6 of them .
This is only a beginners first try to see whats possible to do with a very simple rig.

It shows the simple difference between a sub and a stack of photos. Its still a smudge after stacking but caldwell 47 gets visible in the stack
