found a "balanced compromise" of a sight where the unanticipated wind was being blocked and could align to Polaris between to mountains - and No city lights (well very low glow) - but I forgot my cameras USB cable so I did visual with it for about 3 hours using my only 2 inch eyepiece a Celestron Luminos 23mm and REALLY enjoyed it on the EQ mount with clutches left loose so I could just push it around and then let go and ponder the steady field as long as wanted too
