The NEW WinJUPOS - Version 12.2.2 (64-bit) - MARS is now easier to measure and position using the "with additional Graphic" choice in the "Outline Frame" section of the measurements window! Oh Yea!

If your time stamps are UTC this "additional Graphic outline" of the planets features matches your current image! it makes getting Mars positioned correctly a breeze - and depending on Mars clouds dust situation it will not perfectly match everywhere - especially if the seeing and/or optics were poor. I'm using a SCT reflector so my image is inverted SO I had WJ flip it again to have it match the"additional Graphic outline" of the planets features. It also changes color as it crosses light and dark areas to help with accuracy.
