This is the eyepiece clamp from a Sky-watcher Quattro 250p that I recently ordered. Not sure who is doing QA for Sky-watcher, but they are ASLEEP! The height measured on the left side is 20.42mm vs the right side which is 21.92mm, a difference of 1.5mm. That's 1.5mm of tilt added to your optical train. When I talked to Alex at SW support, he stated that it's not unheard of and 1mm is within specs!!!
Disregarding the height difference issue, I really don't like this eyepiece clamp due to it's use of two small bolts to hold all your imaging camera and filters with. Would like to replace it with something a little more sturdy and with a more consistent clamping mechanism.
