At a declination of almost -38 degrees, this galaxy is really low in the sky at my latitude. I had a night with good transparency and decided to give this a try as a difficult object. I was surprised to even get a view over a distant tree line. This should be a great galaxy to view in the Southern Hemisphere.

Camera: ASI2600mc pro 10s subs, -10C, gain 450, hot pixel correction and flats applied
