A single image saved as a jpg from a series of the Flame-Alnitak-Horsehead region.
First run using NINA framing wizard, rotator aligning, Lump Star as the target as chosen in Stellarium Planetarium used for NINA..
Actually, the third image of the night randomly picked and saved in a jpg format to share.

My surprise and delight were how NINA functioned for me on this area.
Dynan's advice proved to be solid in getting everything working at this stage.

Use of the Framing wizard in NINA, and the rotation slider, helped me set this image up.
Now that I have this hurtle cleared maybe I can move on to doing some panel compositions of larger Nebulae (North American?)
