Jupiter Sketch February 21, 2025 9:05 PM local Time

This was a sketch I was able to make at the eyepiece of my scope on the evening of 2/21/2025 beginning at 9:05 PM mountain time.
The great red spot was making an appearance on this evening at a reasonable hour.
CM1 283.6°, CM2 38.6°, 203.1°
This was the best view I have had this year of Jupiter.
Equipment and Materials used in sketching.
16” f/4.41 Dobsonian scope on an equatorial platform 9 mm eyepiece with a 2x barlow for a magnification of 398x, filters used: neodymium, single polarizing
White sketching paper, assorted color pencils, Q-tips , blending stumps, white pearl eraser. Sketch cut from white paper and put on a black background using Gimp 2
