The Davis & Sanford F12 head is the same as the Orion Paragon head. D&S has a 3/8 screw mount, Paragon has 1/4". Here it's on a Bogen 3011 tripod. It is insufficient to hold the ScopeStuff cradle with a 3#12oz Burgess 20x80LW. Motions are fine but vibration is unacceptable. Without the cradle, this is a perfectly matched binocular/mount setup.
