Schmidt Newt On Losmandy And Scope Cart

The scope cart for the Losmandy G811 and Explore Scientific 10" Schmidt-Newt is done. It's been some time since the weather has cooperated to put things together outside. The pieces and parts are heavy enough to just do this one time.
- wood risers for lifting the scope for observing is not shown
- this is before strapping the tripod legs onto the scope cart.
Top of the scope is 6'6" to 7' tall - but ergonomics accessing the scope in the night looks good
I am very happy with the ability to safely navigate in rough and uneven ground.
Turn radius is limited, but everything works as expected.
Working on the electronics and optics ... this still needs some TLC. I now can do this without breaking my back with the basic setup. It's now stored under a scope cover in the garage.
