The chair is a suntracker - it's great for viewing as it swivels 360 degrees which you can do by kicking your feet around. There's nothing better for hand-held binocular viewing (I use it with my image-stabilized 18x50's and it works really well). I purchased it directly from www.suntracker.com for $85 plus another $13 for the pillow. I think Hammacher & Schlemmer are also selling it as are several other places.
