Stack of 30 second exposures totaling 42 minutes; stacked in Deep Sky Stacker, cropped and sharpened in photoshop. Celestron Nexstar 5SE tube on ASGT (CG-5) EQ mount. Nikon D3100 (ISO 400) with Orion SkyGlow filter and f/6.3 reducer-corrector. Guided with ZWO ASI120M on C102 Wide-View achromat. Los Angeles, CA. 21-Feb.-2016
Have you tried going beyond 30 seconds? I managed a single 90 second exposure on my wedged Nexstar 8se and canon EOS Ra. That was a good night lol.
30 second sub exposures was the best I could do on that mount. I don't have a single bit of that equipment anymore, and have lost the taste for through the scope AP, at least till I have a permanent pier/ observatory situation.
