I added the residual and tried this PEC to see if the error could be further reduced. but with no success. Without perfect seeing, a longer exposure time, or both the noise in the signal is just too high to do better. This shows the small change in the PEC with this refinement and if you compare it to the run to run variation in the uncorrected PE, this change is in the noise.
