Doug with his CG-14

That is one beautiful setup Doug! Charles
Hi Charles, Thanks for the kind words, yes it is one beautiful setup!! Doug
Let me guess, that's the parking lot of HIGH POINT SCIENTIFICS. Isn't that a great store. It's like astronomy heaven. Also,Dave and Mike are so friendly. But besides that,I've heard that you have a partnership with High Point State Park and occasionally host a public star watch with your awesome CG-14. I live around the area and was wondering if you could list any upcoming star watches you may have planned. Thanks alot! John
Hi John, Yes good guess; that is the parking lot at High Point Scientific. Being there is like astronomy heaven, WOW what a showroom of telescopes. Mike and Dave have incredible knowledge of the hobby. I no longer do the evening astronomy program at the local state park but High Point Scientific has star parties every month and my CG-14 is usually set up for the public to view through. Contact HPS to find out when the next star party will be held, and please do stop by and view through the C14. Thanks.......Doug

Doug... Is that a CCD setup? Tell us about it. Thanks.. Robert
Gee wizz - you'd need to be Hulk Hogan to set that up wouldn't you? It looks heavy.
Great scope!! Doug could you give us a bit more info on the configuration of the scope and mount setup? Thanks
    WOW!
