MasterFlatLUM flipped CCD

CCD Inspector analysis of the LUM MasterFlat frame after flipping the entire filter wheel assembly to reverse the orientation of the filters relative to the OTA vs. camera. The interference/diffration/reflection issue which seem to be absent prior to flipping the orientation has now effected the LUM filter and significantly degraded the flatness of the intensity variation. Unlike the previous orientation, the variation is not due to just some residual vignetting.
