That looks like a pretty complicated Goto system, I'm not sure Meade or Celestron have a manual to cover that.
I wouldn't trust a Meade or Celestron manual to operate this, would you??
Just use the two star alignment. It should get you close to your destination. 
Is this a real aircraft or FlightSim?
