I have no idea of the exact provenance of this, but I believe I'm the 3rd owner. It's a very unusual white body Celestron C8 (apparently a Super C8) with Byers worm gear drive, which has a single motor (see the rest of this album for more info on that). I have no idea if the optics have special coatings or what.
