The Atco mount was in bad shape, but all the parts were there. I wet sanded all the chips/scratches and painted satin black. Same with the vintage focuser. The tube is standard 60mm (61.5mm OD), the lens cell and dew shield were made from various tubing obtained from Online Metals. Everything was drilled/tapped to use 3mm allen head screws.
